What we do with your details
Short version: we use what you send to answer your enquiry, and nothing else. We don't sell it and we don't send marketing to it.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, the car and part you asked about, and anything you write in the message box. If you message us on WhatsApp or call, we see your phone number, as you'd expect.
Separately, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. That records things like your approximate location, browser and the pages you opened. It doesn't tell us who you are.
Why we have it, and for how long
We use your details to identify the right part, quote it and get back to you — that's the only reason we ask. Enquiries are kept while they're useful for after-sales questions and warranty claims, then deleted.
Who else sees it
- Web3Forms delivers the enquiry form to our inbox. The message passes through their service.
- Google Analytics receives the anonymous usage data described above.
- Google Maps loads only if you tap "Show the map"; until then no map request is made from this site.
Nobody else. We don't sell or share enquiry details with other businesses.
Your choices
Write to contact@gogenuineparts.com or call +91 93057 44544 to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can block analytics cookies in your browser at any time; the site works exactly the same without them.
